Zennflo Middle East Cooling Services L.L.C. is an independent HVAC, cooling and electromechanical contractor based in Dubai, serving clients across all seven emirates.
The company is led by a leadership team whose experience spans more than thirty years in mechanical and electrical contracting, gained first across several states in India and later throughout the UAE. The engineering teams built and led by that leadership have delivered HVAC, district cooling, ventilation and electromechanical packages for commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality and government clients — managed through the complete project lifecycle, from first survey and engineering through installation, testing and commissioning, to final handover.
We are not tied to a single manufacturer, which matters most on a replacement: the right machine is usually the one your plant room, electrical supply and chilled water system can actually take.

Authority, landlord and building management approvals for access, lifting and shutdowns are ours to obtain, not yours to chase.

Third-party certification for lifting and work at height where applicable, with workmen's compensation and third-party liability in force throughout.
Documentation issued at handover
Commissioning records, test results and operation and maintenance manuals are part of the deliverable, not an afterthought.
